Which postcodes do you deliver to?

We’re currently offering delivery to the Milton Keynes postcode areas listed below:

Central: MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5, MK6, MK7, MK8, MK9, MK10, MK11, MK12, MK13, MK14, MK15

East: MK16, MK40, MK42, MK43, MK46

West and South: MK19, MK17

 

How long does delivery take?

We deliver Tuesday – Saturday. Orders placed before 7am will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after this time, will be delivered the next working day.

Orders placed after 7am on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that there are some products such as prepped vegetables and micro herbs that have a 9pm order cut off time and will be delivered the following day after your order is placed. If these form part of a larger order, we will deliver all other items first and these products the following day. You will receive confirmation from us once your order is placed. 

 

Can you give me a precise delivery time?

Your order will be delivered between 10am – 7pm, however if you require delivery for a specific time, please get in touch with us here on the morning of your delivery and we will be able to arrange this for you.

 

What happens if I’m not in?

We deliver between 10am – 7pm. If you are not going to be in on the day of your delivery, please get in touch with us here on the morning and we can arrange for your order to be left in a safe place, or to be delivered on a different day.

 

Do you offer contact free delivery?

Yes, all of our deliveries are currently contact free and our team are following strict hygiene regulations.

 

Why didn't I receive a particular item which I ordered?

Occasionally the item which you have ordered may be out of stock. If this is the case we will notify you immediately and arrange for a substitution to be made or for the item to be delivered when it is available.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to all the Milton Keynes areas listed above.

 

How much is your minimum order?

You'll need to spend £50 or more for us to deliver.

 

Can I change my order?

If you have forgotten something from your order or would like to add more items, please get in touch with us here on the morning of your delivery and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.  

 

What should I do if there are items missing from my order?

With the high volume of orders we're delivering we do occasionally make a mistake when packing, so please accept our apologies if this has happened. Please get in touch here to let us know what was missing and we'll arrange to replace or refund this.

 

What should I do if I'm not happy with the quality of an item?

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our fruit and veg. If something is not up to the standard you expect please get in touch here to let us know and we'll arrange to replace or refund this.

 

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made either via bank transfer or cash on delivery. You will find our payment details on your order invoice. Payment should be made on the day of the order, or upon delivery.  

We are happy to discuss payment options with each client individually, therefore please get in touch with us here to speak with us directly.  

 

What can I do if a product I require is not available on your website?

We have access to almost all fruit, vegetables, herbs and salad items, therefore please do get in touch with us here and we will do our best to source the product for you.

 

Do you offer a subscription service?

Not at the moment but we're working on it! Please check back here for updates.
